"All orders with a value exceeding $99 receive free shipping within the lower 48 States. There are no delivery fees for the shipment of high-value orders."

SHIPMENT POLICY


*         States Hospitality is dedicated to offering exceptional customer service, and orders are usually processed shortly after being placed. However, orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Please be aware that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered Service Days for Express Deliveries.
*         Tracking information will be sent via email after your order has been shipped.
*         For any questions regarding your order, you may call 888-281-2115 during standard business hours (8 AM to 8 PM EST Monday-Friday). If you need to contact us outside of normal business hours, please use our Contact Form, and our Customer Service team will respond within 24 hours.
*         Please be aware that once an order has advanced to a certain stage in the fulfillment process, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
*         Orders shipped via UPS to a P.O. Box require a physical street address for accurate delivery. UPS is unable to deliver to a PO Box located within the local Post Office. Orders shipped to a PO Box are not eligible for delivery by UPS and may incur additional shipping charges, for which the customer may be held responsible.

    *         Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. States hospitality cannot be held accountable for conditions beyond its control, such as  severe weather or carrier service disruptions.
*         Requests for replacement products or credit to your account for merchandise claimed as shipped but not received are subject to our investigation.
*         The customer is responsible for all costs associated with orders that are incorrectly addressed.
